THE DARK AND THE LIGHT
Dear Friend,
Thank you for taking this time to read my energy forecast. I am very excited about the first edition of many.
Following the natural cycles of the moon, earth and heavens, my energy forecast aligns itself with the cycles of the New Moon. This forecast covers the cycle of the 1st Moon, DECEMBER 12th 2023- JANUARY 11th 2024.
Mercury will also go retrograde on the date of the New Moon, December 12th 2023 until January 1st 2024.
The Full Moon will be in the sign of Cancer on December 26th.
The Winter Solstice takes center stage and occurs on Dec 21st 2023. The night of the Winter Solstice is the longest, darkest night of the year, it brings with it new beginnings and the birthing of the light.
So much of this cycle's energy is formed by the emergence of light and the balance of light and dark. I have a strong sense that the same influence will continue and resurface throughout the following moons. Being grounded in the presence through breath and mindfulness is both strengthening and calming during times of accelerated energy.

Your Body:
It’s the holidays, Holy Days. Amongst an abundance of food and celebrations, a simple day of detox, drinking additional waters and herbal teas can be very helpful. Dandelion tea is cleansing for both liver and spirit. Once the holidays are over, communicate with your body using your intuition to release unhealthy habits.The days leading up to the new moon energetically support your intention to release and let go. Surround yourself with crystals of HALITE, PREHNITE AND BLACK TOURMALINE for toxic elimination.
Your Heart:
Hold your heart dear, infuse it with love, faith and inspiration to make it joyful and open. Water is symbolic of Emotions. Cry tears of joy or purification, let go of emotional toxicity. It does not take extensive time to make room for your spiritual health. 5 - 10 minutes of conscious breathing daily will do amazing things for your spiritual well being.
